Indications
Otolarisol kit hydrates the nasal mucous membranes, reduces discomfort related to dryness and irritation and is recommended for daily hygiene of the nasal passages and is also useful in case of colds, allergic and non-allergic rhinitis, rhinosinusitis as well as in all cases where nasal decongestion is required.
Otolarisol nasal nebulizer, thanks to its specially designed shape, adapts ergonomically to the nostrils of infants, children and adults.
Otolarisol vials, thanks to the presence of hyaluronic acid, hydrates the nasal mucosa, reducing the discomfort associated with dryness or irritation.
Sodium chloride present at a concentration of 0.9% gently cleans the nasal cavities, fluidifying secretions and facilitating their removal.
Composition

Directions for use and Dosage
Direct irrigation:
- Detach a single-dose vial and open it by breaking the cap of the vial with a rotary movement.
- Insert the tip of the syringe into the mouth of the vial, turn it upside down and aspirate the solution to be nebulized.
- Detach the vial from the tip of the syringe.
- Assemble Otolarisol nasal nebulizer by inserting the dispenser onto the tip of the syringe filled with the solution to be nebulized. nebulize.
- In infants and children (under 3 years of age and in any case depending on the level of cooperation), it is necessary to perform irrigation while lying on one side, keeping the head tilted to one side and gently inserting the tip of the Otolarisol nasal nebulizer dispenser into the upper nostril. Push forcefully on the syringe plunger to nebulize the solution. In older children and adults, insert the tip of the Otolarisol nasal nebulizer dispenser into one nostril, keeping the torso upright and without tilting the head. - Repeat the operations of the previous point also for the other nostril, trying to divide the solution contained in the syringe equally between the two nostrils.

Dosage: Spray with half a vial per nostril 2-3 times a day or more often as needed or according to medical advice.
Inhalation therapy:
The Otolarisol Kit vials can also be used in case of inhalation therapy affecting the upper airways: in this case, use the appropriate inhalation devices that guarantee correct nebulization and follow the instructions of the chosen device.
Use only pneumatic devices.
Dosage: One vial, 1 - 2 times a day or according to medical advice.
Warnings

Do not use in case of individual hypersensitivity to any of the product's components.
Do not use in cases of ongoing or recently completed nosebleeds, nor in cases of damaged nasal mucosa. Do not use in case of accidental contamination after opening.
Smoking could compromise the protective effect of hyaluronic acid.
Otolarisol vials may chemically interfere with various substances if they are mixed with it in the inhalation solution.
Do not use Otolarisol vials simultaneously with other substances unless expressly prescribed by your doctor.
In this case, carefully follow the indications prescribed by your doctor and the instructions for use of the product used in combination with Otolarisol vials.
In the event of any changes in the appearance of the mixture produced, immediately discontinue therapy and contact your doctor.
Do not use the product in combination with quaternary ammonium compounds.
