How to use

Insert your forearm into the mesh bag, resting your elbow on it.
Pass the strap from the injured arm, behind your back, and over the opposite shoulder.
Attach the carabiner to the appropriate ring.
Adjust the angle of the forearm with the help of the sliding buckle.

To remove the arm sling, unhook the carabiner.
