Features

No Dol, containing thermal gel, is reusable and can be applied to the skin for different purposes. It is useful for combating lumbago, rheumatism, and hypothermia if used hot (heated in hot water or in the microwave and wrapped in a cloth). It can be used in cases of bruises, sprains, trauma, and hyperthermia if applied cold (after placing it in the freezer and wrapping it in a cloth).

Directions for use

• Hot water: immerse in boiling water for a maximum of 5 minutes. Remove, dry, wrap the pack in a cloth, and apply to the affected area.
• Microwave oven: place the pack in the oven for a maximum of 1 minute, setting the oven to 650 watts. Remove, wrap the sachet with a cloth, and apply to the affected area.
• Freezer: Place in the freezer for at least 1.5-2 hours. Remove from the freezer, wrap the sachet with a cloth, and apply to the affected area.
