Product Description

Kit consisting of 1 nasal nebulizer, 1 10 ml Luer Lock syringe and 1 needle.

Indications

The ep medica Nasal Nebulizer kit is indicated for the nasal administration of nebulized topical solutions (anti-inflammatories, analgesics, anesthetics, antihistamines, anticonvulsants, etc.) in hospital and home settings. It is also indicated for the treatment of the nasal cavities, paranasal sinuses and upper airways. Suitable for infants, children and adults.

How to use

1. Connect the needle to the syringe and remove the protective cap from the needle.
2. Insert the syringe with needle into the vial/vial/bottle of the solution to be nebulized and withdraw the solution by pulling the plunger back.
3. Keep the device in a vertical position with the syringe pointing
   upwards and remove the needle.
4. Screw the Nasir Neb nebulizer nozzle onto the syringe.
5. Keeping your torso upright, place the nebulizer nozzle against your nose and press gently on the nostril.
6. Press the syringe plunger firmly to nebulize the solution.
7. If necessary, repeat the steps from 1 to 6 for the other nostril.

Warnings

Do not use Nasir Neb after the expiry date shown on the package. Do not use if the device is damaged. Consult a qualified physician before use. Do not use if you are experiencing or have recently had epistaxis (nosebleeds). Do not use if you are hypersensitive to any of the components. For disabled, elderly, and children, the assistance of another adult is recommended during use. Contains small, dangerous parts (e.g., nozzle and needle): keep out of the reach and sight of children and any animal species. Do not use if the package is open or damaged. The product is for external use only. Do not force the device into the nasal cavity. Do not sterilize in an autoclave. Do not dispose of in the environment after use. Store away from direct sunlight and heat sources. Do not freeze. The device is intended for single-patient use. After use, rinse the nozzle with normal drinking water inside and outside the NASIR NEB device and store it in a dry place away from light and heat sources. Before reusing, first disinfect the nozzle using AMUCHINA® 2% solution (20 ml of product in one liter of water), completely immersing it. Leave the disinfectant to act for 15 minutes. Rinse the nozzle thoroughly inside and out with drinking water. With these precautions, the nozzle can be used continuously for a maximum of 100 sprays and in any case for no more than 1 month after opening. Use the product only for its intended purpose. After use, do not dispose of the device in the environment and dispose of it as normal municipal waste.

Contraindications

Do not use in case of severe ear infections, upper respiratory infections, severe nasal congestion, cold symptoms and perforated eardrum.
