Indications
Myrialen is a sterile ophthalmic gel containing 5% dexpanthenol, useful for maintaining hydration and protection of the corneal epithelium.
Dexpanthenol is a derivative of pantothenic acid (vitamin B5), which belongs to the B vitamin complex, and is an essential component of a normally functioning epithelium.
The properties of dexpanthenol allow the gel to bind water, forming a lubricating and hydrating film on the ocular surface, which prolongs the mean tear film breakup time in patients with dry eye syndrome and other conditions implicated in dry eye.
The formulation contains carbomers, synthetic polymers with a high molecular weight, which help simulate the normal viscosity of tears.

It plays a role in protecting the ocular surface in patients with tear film alterations, providing rapid relief.
It provides long-lasting relief in case of eye irritation, burning and foreign body sensation caused by environmental factors such as wind, sun, dry air, salt water, smoke, bright light, air conditioning, heating, prolonged computer use or eye surgery, conjunctivitis or use of contact lenses.

Ingredients
Main component: Dexpanthenol, 5%.
Other components: Carbomer 980, cetrimide, sodium edetate, sodium hydroxide, water for injections.
Directions for use and Dosage
Instill 1 drop in each eye, one or more times a day or as directed by your doctor.
Before using for the first time, remove the safety seal.
Remove the cap.
Invert the tube over the eye and apply increasing pressure until the drop comes out.
Replace the cap on the tube.
Warnings
Product for external ophthalmic use only.
In case of eye irritation, discontinue use and consult a doctor.
In rare cases, it may cause eye irritation. Temporary blurring of vision may occur due to the viscosity of the gel.
It is therefore advisable to wait until the blurring has disappeared before undertaking any activity requiring clear vision.
Avoid contact of the dropper with the eye or other objects.
Reseal the tube tightly after use.
Continuous use of Myrialen gel is for 30 days. If symptoms persist, consult your doctor.
Do not wear contact lenses during instillation of the product.
After administration, wait at least 15 minutes before reinserting the lenses.
In case of concomitant administration of topical ophthalmic products, wait at least 15 minutes between one administration and the next.
Myrialen gel must be instilled as the last product.
Do not use the product if the tube or safety seal is damaged.
Keep out of the sight and reach of children. Children.
Do not ingest.
Contraindicated in case of known hypersensitivity to the product components or other closely related substances from a chemical point of view.
There are no known side effects after administration of the product.
In case of adverse reactions, discontinue use of the product and consult a doctor.
After applying the product, a slight burning sensation in the eyes and temporary visual discomfort may occur.
Storage
Do not store above 25°C.
Do not use the product after the expiry date indicated on the packaging.
Dispose of properly after use.
Do not release into the environment.
Shelf life after opening: 8 weeks.
