Excipients

MICOTEF 100 mg vaginal ovules: Solid semi-synthetic glycerides. MICOTEF 2% vaginal cream: Butylhydroxyanisole, benzoic acid, polyoxyethylened oleic glyceride, liquid paraffin, polyethylene glycol palmito stearate, purified water. MICOTEF 400 mg vaginal capsules: Liquid paraffin, white petrolatum, Labrafil 2130 BS, gelatin, glycerin, titanium dioxide, iron oxide, sodium ethyl p-hydroxybenzoate, sodium propyl p-hydroxybenzoate.

Therapeutic indications

Vulvovaginal fungal infections (pure or mixed) and Gram-positive bacterial infections (primary or secondary).

Contraindications

Hypersensitivity to one of the product's components.

Dosage

MICOTEF 100 mg vaginal suppositories: Insert 1 suppository into the vagina in the morning and 1 in the evening before going to bed, or according to medical advice. Treatment must be continued for at least 15 days. It is recommended to simultaneously treat your partner with an antifungal dermatological ointment. MICOTEF 2% vaginal cream: Introduce the contents of the applicator (approximately 5 g of ointment) deeply into the vagina once a day, preferably in the evening before bedtime. Treatment should be continued for at least 10 days.
