Indications

Miconazole ovules are used for the treatment of vaginal or vulvovaginal fungal infections, particularly Candida.

Composition

Active ingredients

Miconazole nitrate 50mg.

Excipients

Mono-di-triglycerides of partially polyoxyethylened natural fatty acids, Polyoxyethylenesorbitan monostearate, Ethylenediethylene glycol.

Directions for use and Dosage

2 vaginal ovules per day (equal to 100mg/day), to be gently inserted into the vagina, leaving in place until completely dissolved.

Warnings

In pregnant women, the product should be used only if strictly necessary and under the direct supervision of a doctor.

Contraindications

Hypersensitivity to the active ingredient or to any of the excipients of the product.
