Sterile ophthalmic solution based on Hypromellose and Inositol.
Indications
Inositol, contained in Meramirt, can help counteract the oxidizing action of free radicals produced in situations of asthenopia and accommodative effort and can support muscular metabolic processes, promoting their contractile response.
Hypromellose is a polymer that has the property of thickening and stabilizing the tear film on the surface of the cornea, creating a protective, transparent and viscoelastic shield.
Meramirt is a hydrating and lubricating tear substitute useful in case of ocular disorders caused by environmental, visual and mechanical stress, also due to asthenopia and accommodative effort.
Composition
Inositol, Hypromellose, Sodium chloride, Sodium phosphate monobasic dihydrate, Sodium phosphate dibasic dihydrate, Disodium EDTA, N-hydroxymethylglycinate, Purified water.
Directions for use
It is recommended to take 1-2 drops in the conjunctival sac 2-3 times a day or more, according to medical advice.
Warnings
Read the package leaflet carefully before starting treatment.
Do not use the product in conjunction with topical ophthalmic drugs; If other ophthalmic medications are used in addition to the product, allow a 10-minute interval between the two applications;
Reseal the bottle tightly after use;
Before use, check that the bottle is intact;
Do not use the product after the expiry date indicated on the bottle;
The product is for external ophthalmic use only;
To eliminate the risk of contamination of the solution, avoid contact between the dropper and the eye or other objects;
Do not touch the ocular surface with the dropper;
In contact lens wearers, the product should be administered between each contact lens application.
Side effects
There are no known side effects after administration of the product.
In case of adverse reactions, discontinue use of the product and consult a doctor.
After applying the product, you may experience discomfort. may result in slight and temporary blurred vision.
Storage
Do not store above 30°C;
The unusable product must be disposed of in the appropriate containers for expired medicines;
Do not use the product after 30 days from first opening the bottle;
