Indications
Master Aid Disinfectant cleaning and disinfection of damaged skin (wounds, sores, burns, etc.)
Composition
Active ingredients
Chlorhexidine digluconate 1 g.
Excipients
Bergamot essential oil, purified water.
Directions for use and Dosage
Apply to the affected area an amount of solution appropriate to the extent of the lesion 2-3 times a day. Do not exceed the recommended doses.
Warnings
The product is for external use only; the use, especially if prolonged, of topical products can cause serious side effects. This may cause sensitization phenomena; in this case, discontinue treatment and initiate appropriate therapy.
Do not use for prolonged treatments; after a short period of treatment without appreciable results, the patient is advised to consult a doctor.
Avoid contact with eyes.
The product should not come into contact with the brain, meninges, or middle ear, nor should it penetrate the ear canal in the case of eardrum perforation.
Do not expose the treated area to direct sunlight after applying the product.
Accidental ingestion or inhalation of some disinfectants can have serious, sometimes fatal, consequences. Keep the medicine out of the reach of children.
Interactions
Avoid the simultaneous use of other antiseptics and detergents.
Pregnancy and breastfeeding
The exclusive topical use on the skin and the very low dermal absorption do not affect the use during pregnancy and breastfeeding.
Storage
In a tightly closed package, away from light and in a cool place.
