Luxfluires Aerosol is A sterile hypertonic saline solution based on N-acetylcysteine, indicated for thinning mucus and facilitating its expectoration in the airways.
Sterile hypertonic saline solution for nebulization, based on N-acetylcysteine.
Hypertonic N-acetylcysteine promotes airway decongestion, helping to thin mucus and facilitate its expectoration.
When nebulized into the airways, it acts locally.
N-acetylcysteine (6%), hyaluronic acid sodium salt, disodium EDTA, sodium phosphate monobasic dihydrate, sodium phosphate dibasic dihydrate, sodium hydroxide, water.
Children 2 years and older and adults: 1 single-dose vial per nebulization session, 1-2 times a day for 5-10 days.
The solution can be nebulized with either piston-based aerosol therapy devices (preferably) or ultrasound devices.
Variations in the daily dose and duration of treatment from those indicated above must be determined only by the physician based on the clinical picture and age of the patient (children 2 years and older and adults).
Wash your hands before and after use. Flex the single-dose vial in both directions and detach it from the sealed strip. Shake the single-dose vial lightly before use.
Open the single-dose vial by twisting the flap.
Exert moderate pressure on the walls of the single-dose vial to release the solution and pour it into the nebulizer.
Nebulize the solution using the nebulizer, using a mask, fork, or mouthpiece as directed by your doctor.
Do not use if you are taking antitussives, as using the product while simultaneously reducing the cough reflex may lead to an accumulation of mucus in the bronchi.
Do not use if you are hypersensitive to one or more of the following: Product components.
Contraindicated in children under 2 years of age.
Store in a cool, dry place, away from heat sources and at temperatures below 25°C.
Shelf life in unopened packaging: 36 months.
