Transparent, waterproof post-operative dressing.

Indications

Waterproof and bacteria-proof protective bandage that allows for long-term wear without risk. The edges are rounded to prevent the bandage from coming off. The backing film with handling tape allows for safe and precise application. The absorbent viscose pad ensures reliable absorption of secretions and is coated with a non-adherent polypropylene layer to prevent the pad from sticking to the wound. The adhesive is a polyacrylic that does not damage the skin and leaves no residue when removed. The substrate is a transparent, flexible polyurethane film.

For use after surgery, to cover lesions and wounds.

The product is sterilized and individually sealed. To prevent maceration, the product is permeable to air and water vapor.

Directions for use

Hold the dressing on the red handling tape, then remove the top layer of release paper. Using the handling tape, apply the dressing to the wound, removing the second layer of release paper. Carefully press the transparent film onto the skin, especially around the edges. Full contact with the skin ensures a barrier against bacteria and water. Remove the application film using the red tape. To remove, evenly pull the film backing using one of the edges.
