Lacrisek Plus is a sterile eye spray based on liposomes, vitamin A, vitamin E and amino acids.
Indications
Lacrisek Plus Spray is indicated for subjective complaints in the course of dry eye syndrome, such as foreign body sensation, burning and itching of the eye, in dyslacrimia induced by qualitative inadequacy of the lipid layer of the surface of the tear film from inflammatory conditions of the eyelids (blepharitis), or in conditions that can lead to ocular and periocular redness, often found with variations in some environmental parameters (wind, microclimate, etc.).
Ingredients and Composition
Retinyl Palmitate (Vit. A), Alpha-Tocopherol (Vit. E), Hydrogenated Phospholipids, Monobasic Sodium Phosphate, Sodium Dibasic Phosphate, N-Hydroxymethylglycinate, Disodium EDTA, Sodium Chloride, L-Proline, L-Glycine, L-Lysine Hydrochloride, L-Leucine and Purified Water.
Directions for use and Dosage
Apply 1-2 sprays of Lacrisek Plus Spray to the eye, preferably keeping the eyelids closed. It is recommended to apply the spray 3-4 times a day. In case of severe discomfort, the spray can be applied even more frequently. Spray the product on the closed eye from a distance of about 10 cm.
Lacrisek Plus Spray can also be used in the presence of cosmetics: in this case, apply only one spray from a greater distance (about 20 cm). When using for the first time, spray the product slowly until the first nebulization.
Contraindications
Known hypersensitivity to the product components or other closely related substances from a chemical point of view.
Warnings
Do not touch the ocular surface with the nebulizer. Do not use Lacrisek Plus Spray in conjunction with topical ophthalmic medications. If other ophthalmic medications are administered in addition to Lacrisek Plus Spray, allow a 10-minute interval between the two applications. Before use, check that the product is intact.
Store at a temperature between 4°C and 25°C. Small amounts of product that may be swallowed will not cause any problems. The product is for external ophthalmic use only.
