Indications

Knee Pain Therapy 8H by Thermacare is a medical device indicated for muscle and joint pain due to fatigue and muscle tension, sprains, strains, and arthritis. The band begins to heat up when the sachet is opened, reaching the optimal temperature within the following 30 minutes. If applied for 8 hours, the moderate and constant temperature of the band provides prolonged pain relief.

Directions for use and Dosage

Open the sachet immediately before use. The band will reach the correct therapeutic temperature within the next 30 minutes. Place on the painful area with the darker part of the cells facing the skin, fastening the band. For maximum effect, wear the band for 8 hours. Do not wear a belt or tight clothing over the product.

Warnings

Stop use and consult a doctor if you notice discomfort, irritation, burning, swelling, redness, or any other persistent change in the skin in the area where the product was worn, if the pain increases or remains unchanged after 7 days. The heat-generating cells contain iron (approximately 2 grams). If iron comes into direct contact with skin or eyes, rinse thoroughly with water and consult a doctor immediately. Consult a doctor immediately if accidentally swallowed. Avoid heating the product in any way (e.g. microwave oven) or attempting to heat it, as the band may catch fire.
