Indications

The Iris+ lancets are ideal for self-monitoring blood glucose levels, allowing for precise and comfortable capillary blood sampling. They are designed to reduce discomfort during blood sampling, making them suitable for both home and professional use.

Mode Instructions for Use

1. Wash your hands thoroughly with warm, soapy water, then dry them thoroughly.
2. Select a slightly off-center puncture site on your fingertip.
3. Remove the protective cap from the lancet.
4. Insert the lancet into the lancing device.
5. Prick your skin and apply a drop of blood to the test strip, wiping off any excess.
6. Recap the used lancet and dispose of it in a suitable sharps container.
7. Wash your hands again with soap and water.

Warnings

Lancets are single-use and should be used only once to ensure sterility and safety. Dispose of in a sharps container according to local regulations. Rotate puncture sites to avoid hardening of the skin and reduce discomfort. Never reuse the same lancet to prevent infections. Check the expiration date before use to ensure optimal efficacy.
