Directions for use

Preparation:

• Use a flat, dry surface.
• Clean and dry your hands.
• Open the Membrane Unit package and place it on the stand.
• Place bottle 1 on the red stand.
• Remove the cap and place it nearby.

Blood Collection:

• Rub your hands and fingers to increase blood flow.
• Rotate and detach the tip of the lancet.
• Place the lancet sideways to the tip of your finger and press firmly until you hear a click.
• Rub your finger to obtain a generous drop of blood.
• Position the tip of the pipette at an angle to the drop of blood.
• Collect blood up to the black line.
• Immediately insert the pipette into bottle 1 and squeeze the blood into it.
• Recap bottle 1.
• Apply the patch to your finger to stop the blood flow.

Test and results:

• Shake bottle 1 4 times and pour all the liquid contained in the holder with the membrane.
• Shake bottle 2 4 times and pour all the liquid contained in it.
• Take bottle 3 and, without shaking it, pour all the liquid Contents.
• Read results within 5 minutes.
