Indications

As a prophylaxis, Infloran is useful for the prevention of gastrointestinal dysmicrobic syndromes; as a therapy, the drug can be used for the treatment of diarrheal and dyspeptic syndromes caused by altered bacterial flora (diarrhea, nonspecific enteritis in adults and infants, colitis). Antibiotic-induced dysmicrobism. Digestive disorders in formula-fed infants. Adjuvant in the elimination of pathogenic enterobacteria resistant to chemoantibiotics.

Directions for use and Dosage

One capsule three times a day. Swallow with a little cool liquid in both children and adults, before meals. Paediatric population: For infants, pour the contents of the capsule into a little liquid or sweetened water, not hot. Do not exceed the recommended dose.

Warnings

Do not use for prolonged treatments. After a short period of treatment without appreciable results, consult your doctor. Differences in colour of the lyophilisate may be observed between batches due to the excipients in the preparation. This medicine contains lactose. Patients with rare hereditary problems of galactose intolerance, the Lapp lactase deficiency, or glucose-galactose malabsorption should not take this medicine. This medicine contains sucrose. Patients with rare hereditary problems of fructose intolerance, glucose-galactose malabsorption, or sucrase-isomaltase insufficiency should not take this medicine.

Storage

Store in a refrigerator (2°C - 8°C). Store in the original package in order to protect from light.
