How to wear
Insert your foot into the elastic band, pulling it towards the ankle, positioning the pad beyond the "buncle." Then insert your big toe into the appropriate cap.
Washing instructions
Hand wash in warm water with neutral soap or detergent, rinse well, wring out gently, and leave to dry flat. Do not bleach, do not tumble dry, do not iron, or dry clean.

Store in a dry place away from excessive heat and light. Do not prolong use of the product without medical advice.
