Product Description

Sterile, odorless, colorless, and delicately viscous solution. Moisturizing, lubricating, and humectant.

Indications

Hyaluronic acid is a component of human body tissues and fluids and has the ability to retain water molecules, creating a uniform film on the corneal epithelium that protects the eye from dryness through natural hydration and lubrication, and has an anti-inflammatory and re-epithelializing action. Gylan Ultra Comfort is also recommended for use with contact lenses.

Indicated in cases of:

• severe and moderate dry eyes;
• burning, redness, itching and excessive tearing;
• blepharitis, conjunctivitis and keratitis in association with pharmacological therapy prescribed by the doctor;
• post-ocular surgery (LASIK, PRK, etc.);
• dry eyes due to pathologies (e.g. Sjorgen's syndrome);
• sensation of fatigue from daily use of computers and monitors;
• discomfort and dryness due to environmental conditions such as pollution, dust and allergies;
• discomfort and dryness due to the use of contact lenses, pharmacological therapies and cosmetics.

Composition

Hyaluronic acid sodium salt 0.3%, sorbitol (18.00 - 22.00 mg/ml), hydrogenated disodium phosphate dihydrate (7.48 - 9.14 mg/ml), dihydrogenated sodium phosphate dihydrate (2.83 - 3.45 mg/ml), water.

Does not contain preservatives.

Directions for use

Ophthalmic use. The solution contained is instilled into the conjunctival sac.
Instill 1 drop in each eye up to 6 times a day. Contact lens wearers may apply 1-2 drops to each lens before insertion.

Open the bottle by gently removing the cap. Press the bottle with your fingers until the first drop appears. Tilt your head back slightly and instill the solution in each eye.
Avoid letting the bottle dispenser come into contact with your fingers or the surface of the eye.
Reclose the bottle.
The product is for single-patient use.

Warnings

The product is for external ophthalmic use only.
Do not use the product if the container is damaged or not perfectly closed.
Contraindicated in case of hypersensitivity to one of the components.
Allow at least 30 minutes after use before instilling other medications.
During application, do not touch the eye or skin. any other surface with the dispensing end of the container.
Do not dispose of the container in the environment after use.
Keep out of reach of children.
If pregnant or breastfeeding, ask your doctor or pharmacist for advice.
If you experience any discomfort during use, stop treatment and consult your doctor.
Do not use after the expiry date.

Storage

Store at a temperature between +5 & deg;C and +25 & deg;C. Keep out of reach of children. Keep away from heat and direct light.
Shelf life in intact packaging: 36 months.
