GlutenDetect Urine is a test system designed to detect immunogenic gluten peptides (GIP) in urine samples. The test consists of a lateral flow device, a tube containing a conditioning solution, a disposable plastic syringe, and a quick-start guide with instructions for use.

Directions for use

Collect a urine sample and transfer 2 ml of the sample, using the included disposable plastic syringe, into the tube containing the conditioning solution. Close the tube tightly and shake gently for 5-10 seconds to mix the urine with the conditioning solution. After removing the lateral flow device from its packaging, add 4 drops of solution from the tube to the S-zone area by unscrewing the clear cap of the tube.

Leave for 15 minutes at room temperature, and read the device:

• Negative: A single green line (control line) appears in the central part of the device (control region).
  
• Positive: In addition to the green line, a red line (test line) appears in the test region.
  
• Invalid: If the green line does not appear, regardless of the red line that appears, the test is considered invalid and must be repeated.
