Treatment of skin ulcers of various origins, with slowed healing, even with necrotic tissue. Lesions with moderate or low exudate, whether cleansed or colonized, whether flat or cavitary. It has a hydrolysis effect on necrotic tissue until it reaches a cleansing state, allowing the mixture of amino acids and hyaluronic acid to induce granulation tissue.
Characteristics
Interactive dressing based on collagen-constituting amino acids and sodium hyaluronate aimed at promoting the formation of granulation tissue and tissue regeneration thanks to the modulation of the inflammatory process and the activation of fibroblasts, with new collagen production. Ingredients
Glycine; l-Proline; l-Leucine; l-Lysine; sodium hyaluronate; purified water; excipients.
Directions for use
Wash and cleanse the wound.
Cleansed, dry wounds with medium or low exudate: apply a thin layer. Secondary dressing: occlusive or semi-occlusive, replace every 2-4 days.
Necrotic lesions: use an amount sufficient to promote autolysis. Secondary dressing: occlusive or semi-occlusive, replace leakage.
Contraindications
There are no contraindications to its use in wounds with inflammation or colonization, also considering the inflammatory clearing activity of the composition used. In this indication, the use of antiseptic secondary dressings is recommended.
Warnings
Do not use on frank infection. In colonized lesions, it is effective when combined with a secondary antibacterial dressing.
