These insoles are ergonomically researched and designed in consultation with foot care specialists.

Directions for use

Remove the plastic backing and check the markings indicating the left (L) and right (R) insoles; insert the insole into the shoe with the adhesive side facing down; make sure the raised part is positioned under the arch; reposition if necessary; replace after 6 months or at the first signs of wear.
