Svas Biosana Fylladerm Med Ac Ial is a sterile, non-adherent dressing based on Hyaluronic Acid and natural extracts, designed to accelerate tissue regeneration processes and promote healing.
Indications
Class IIb Medical Device (Directive 93/42/EEC). Single use. Sterile.
Open-weave, non-adherent, hydrophilic cotton gauze, uniformly impregnated with a polyethylene glycol-based cream containing Hyaluronic Acid and Natural Extracts (Centella Asiatica and Urtica Dioica). Fylladerm accelerates tissue regeneration processes because, thanks to its unique composition, it promotes the migration of cells responsible for the formation of new tissue. The basic principle is to create a barrier effect, which restores optimal conditions for the healing process. Fylladerm does not adhere to the skin lesion and allows free drainage, allowing exudate to pass to a secondary absorbent dressing. The dressing is well tolerated by the skin, conformable, adaptable, and easy to apply.

Directions for use and dosage
Before application, cleanse the affected area. Remove the dressing from the package and gently apply a single layer directly to the wound surface. If necessary, cover with a secondary absorbent dressing and secure with a bandage or plaster. Before each use, it is recommended to clean the wound with saline solution.
The frequency of dressing changes depends on the clinical condition of the skin lesion and varies from one to several applications per day, always ensuring that the dressing remains moist and soft. It is the physician's responsibility to evaluate the frequency of dressing changes and determine the number of applications. It is recommended not to leave the dressing in place for prolonged periods. If the dressing is left in place for a prolonged period, it may adhere and damage the tissue when removed. In these cases, before removing it, place another greasy gauze over it to soak the underlying one.
Warnings
Prolonged use may cause sensitization. In this case, it is recommended to immediately discontinue treatment and consult a doctor. Keep the device out of reach of children. Do not dispose of the product in the environment after use. Do not use if the packaging is damaged. Do not use beyond the expiration date indicated on the package. Do not leave the dressing in place for periods of time exceeding those indicated by the clinical protocol. This is a single-use device. Reuse may cause microbial contamination and/or loss of device functionality.
If used at home, the device can be disposed of as unsorted municipal waste. In a hospital setting, it must be disposed of as clinical waste in accordance with current legislation.
Contraindications
Do not use in cases of known sensitivity to the product components.
Storage
Store in a cool, dry place, away from sources of heat, light, and humidity.
Shelf life in unopened packaging: 60 months.
