Product Description

Drug indicated for inflammatory and dystrophic conditions of any nature of the female genitals.

Composition

Fitostimoline Vaginal Solution contains:

• Active ingredient: aqueous extract of Triticum vulgare (dry residue equal to 200 mg/100ml) 4 g.
• Excipients: 2-phenoxyethanol; benzalkonium chloride; purified water.

Dosage and Directions for Use

Administer 1-2 vaginal irrigations of Fitostimoline solution per day or as directed by your doctor. Here's how to use the product:

• Hold the bottle by the closing ring and bend the cap until the safety seal breaks.
• Pull out the cannula until it stops so that you hear a click when it is correctly positioned. Warning: only correct extraction of the cannula allows complete release of the liquid.
• Gently insert the cannula into the vagina, orienting it at the desired angle.
• Slowly press the walls of the bottle to allow it to empty completely.

Irrigation should preferably be performed in a lying position, retaining the liquid in the vagina for a few minutes.

Contraindications

• Known individual hypersensitivity to the components of the product.

Special warnings

The use, especially if prolonged, of all topical products can give rise to sensitization phenomena. If this occurs, treatment should be suspended and, if necessary, appropriate therapy should be instituted. The same applies in the case of the development of insensitive germs.

Fitostimoline® Vaginal Solution contains benzalkonium chloride: Irritant, it can cause localized skin reactions.

Pregnancy and breastfeeding

Fitostimoline Vaginal Solution can be used without problems during pregnancy and breastfeeding.
