Fit Therapy Ankle Patch is a patch indicated for relieving musculoskeletal discomfort and painful symptoms by promoting the elimination of lactic acid.
The patches are indicated: To relieve musculoskeletal discomfort related to excessive accumulations of tissue acidosis from overloading the muscle fibers through faster elimination of lactic acid. They may alleviate painful symptoms by combining a muscle-relaxing action on the affected muscle area.
Remove the patches from the base. Apply the patches to the painful site, on dry, clean, and hairless skin. Wait about two minutes for the patch to adhere better to the skin. Keep the patches applied for 5 days. Continue treatment until symptoms improve.
The patch remains effective even when wet (e.g., in the shower).
