Indications
Fepyr Pekana is a homeopathic-spagyric medicine used in homeopathy in cases of fever of various origins.
Composition
- Aconitum D4: general action for the symptoms caused by a "cold snap" or flu, with suppression of sweating. The fundamental signs, with rapid and violent onset, are: agitation, fever with chills, associated with hot, dry skin and neuralgic pain.
- Argentum nitricum D4: overwork, cerebral fatigue, febrile agitation. its polarity of action is directed at the mucous membranes and the nervous system, on which it exerts its bactericidal (verified up to d7) and anti-inflammatory effects.
- Arsenicum album D6: burning pains that improve with heat, viral infections.
- Bryonia D4 spagyric: specific organotropic remedy for inflammation of the mucous membranes, serous membranes, (e.g. microbial or viral cough-infection, colds with dry cough and chest pain). The action of bryonia is essentially acute and subacute, rarely chronic.
- China D3 spagyric: general action remedy for states of organic debilitation and exhaustion, due to anemia or loss of organic fluids (infectious diarrhea, dehydration, etc.). Septic and remittent fevers, weakness and hypersensitivity are also characteristic.
- Eupatorium perfoliatum D2: influenza and flu-like syndromes accompanied by chills; acute feverish attacks with "cold in the bones".
- Lachesis D7: important homeopathic remedy, its clinical use is found in septic fever states and suppurative complications.
- Vincetoxicum hirundinaria D2: stimulation of the non-specific immune system for viral forms. From studies conducted in Germany in the 1980s, its action seems to be due to the stimulation of macrophage phagocytosis.
Directions for use and Dosage
Unless otherwise prescribed: adults 15 drops; school-age children 10 drops; children and infants 7 drops. Take the respective doses 3 times a day, away from meals, diluted in a little water.
