Self-heating wraps for the neck, shoulder, and wrist, specially designed to fit these areas, are so thin they are almost invisible under clothing.

Indications

ThermaCare self-heating wraps are activated upon contact with oxygen in the air and contain ingredients (iron, carbon, salt, and water) that generate constant heat.
The ThermaCare wrap begins to heat as soon as the sachet is opened, reaching the optimal temperature within the next 30 minutes. When applied for 8 hours, the moderate and constant temperature of the wrap provides long-lasting pain relief.

It is indicated for muscle and joint pain due to fatigue and muscle tension, sprains, strains, and arthritis. Suitable for chronic and occasional pain.

ThermaCare contains no drugs.

Directions for Use and Dosage

Open the sachet immediately before use.
ThermaCare will reach the correct therapeutic temperature within 30 minutes.
Place it on the painful area with the darker side of the cells facing the skin, fastening the band.
For maximum effect, wear the band for 8 hours.
Do not wear a belt or tight clothing over the product.

Warnings

Discontinue use and consult a doctor if you notice discomfort, irritation, burning, swelling, redness, or any other persistent changes to the skin in the area where the band was applied. If the pain increases or remains unchanged after 7 days, stop using the product.
The heat-generating cells contain iron (approximately 2 grams).
If iron comes into direct contact with skin or eyes, rinse thoroughly with water and consult a doctor immediately.
Also consult a doctor if accidentally swallowed.
Do not heat the product in any way (e.g., microwave) or attempt to heat it, as the wrap may catch fire.
Keep out of reach of children and pets.
Do not use for more than 8 hours in any 24-hour period.
The heat wraps are for single use only.
