Treatment for candidiasis of the genital mucosa

Indications

2% vaginal cream, 200 mg and 600 mg vaginal soft capsules, 0.2% vaginal solution indicated for candidiasis (vulvovaginitis, colpitis, infectious fluoride)

Dosage

1 200 mg vaginal soft capsule in the evening before going to bed, for 3 days, depending on the doctor's judgment.

Active ingredient

200 mg Fienticonazole Nitrate

Excipients

Saturated fatty acid triglycerides, colloidal anhydrous silica. Shell constituents: gelatin, glycerin, titanium dioxide, sodium ethyl parahydroxybenzoate, sodium propyl parahydroxybenzoate.

Warnings

Upon intravaginal introduction, a slight burning sensation may be felt, which disappears quickly.
Use of topical products, especially if prolonged, may give rise to sensitization phenomena. In this case, discontinue treatment and consult your doctor to establish appropriate therapy. The product should not be used with barrier contraceptives.
Although vaginal absorption of fenticonazole is rather poor, it is advisable not to use the medicine during pregnancy.
