Mode Instructions for Use and Dosage
Clean and sanitize after use. Insert the thermometer into the blast chiller. Make sure it is secured in the two supports. Hold the blast chiller still, keeping the lever between your thumb and forefinger. Shake the thermometer vigorously with the tip pointing downwards until the liquid returns to below 36°C.
