Indications

Evo by Master Aid is an automatic blood pressure monitor, easy to use and equipped with a large, easy-to-read LCD display. It is equipped with an advanced algorithm capable of interpreting the pressure signals coming from the cuff and reliably determining the systolic pressure, diastolic pressure and pulse rate values. The algorithm, based on "fuzzy logic", has a double data filter that allows for significantly more reliable output results. The blood pressure measurement method is oscillometric: systolic pressure is measured during cuff inflation, diastolic pressure during deflation. The result is greater comfort for the user.

Details

• Positioning sensor: aims to facilitate the correct positioning of the cuff during blood pressure measurement;
• Motion sensor: is activated if the subject, during the measurement, makes movements that may compromise the accuracy of the results;
• Irregular heartbeats: EVO detects any irregular heartbeats which in any case must be carefully evaluated, especially if they are repeated over time: they can constitute an "alarm" for any anomalies in the electrical activity of the heart muscle;
• Interpretation of values: to facilitate the "visual" interpretation of the blood pressure data, it is equipped with an intuitive system that makes it clear whether the blood pressure is within the limits established by the WHO or not. It also calculates the average of the last three measurements taken.
• Dual user: EVO is easy to use, even if the subjects measuring their blood pressure are different: it has a button that "intuitively" selects subject A or B.
• Power supply: dual power supply with batteries (4 "AA" included) and AC power supply.
• Wide cuff: 22-45 cm
• Large display: 8x6 cm

The product is a medical device belonging to class IIa according to directive 93/42/EEC.
