Product Description

Infusion set for intravenous therapies, with 21G butterfly needle.

Indications

Euroset 34 Fly 21G is an infusion set with a 21G butterfly needle.
Disposable, sterile, non-pyrogenic, latex-free and phthalate-free product.

The product is a CE Medical Device.

Directions for use

1. Close the roller on the connector.
2. Remove the protection from the central diaphragm of the bottle cap and clean it with an antiseptic solution before doing so.
3. Hang the bottle.
4. Remove the protection from the perforator from the connector.
5. Insert the perforator with a rotary motion into the central depression of the cap.
6. Squeeze and decompress the drip tip to partially fill it.
7. Remove the Luer Lock protection from the connector and connect the needle.
8. Open the roller, open the nozzle with the air filter, and fill the connector and needle with the solution. Make sure there are no air bubbles in the device and eliminate them if necessary.
9. Close the roller, remove the needle from the protection and insert it into the vein.
10. Adjust the administration speed with the roller.

Any medications can be added to the solution in the bottle by injecting them through the Y-connector.

Warnings

Do not use if the packaging is not intact and/or if the caps are damaged or detached.
Discard after use with the precautions adopted for potentially contaminated material.
Do not use on IV pumps.
Do not use for blood and blood products.
Do not use due to the risk of patient contamination.
The product must be used by specialized medical and nursing personnel.

Storage

Keep away from sources of light, heat and humidity.
