Indications

Electroconductive Gel recommended in all medical diagnostic applications where it is necessary to reduce contact resistance between the detection electrodes and the patient's skin in the acquisition of bioelectrical signals (ECG, EEG, EMG, PE) or in therapeutic treatments to optimize the coupling between electrodes and skin during the administration of electrical therapies (defibrillation, cardioversion, electrophysiotherapy) avoiding the risk of burns.

• Water-based gel, enriched with electrolytes, water-soluble and hypoallergenic, since completely free of perfumes or essences.
• It does not damage the detection electrodes as it is free of abrasive substances.
• It does not stain or grease.
• Colorless and odorless.

The particular chemical-physical characteristics guarantee high efficiency even during long treatments and limit the liquefaction effect caused by substances with a high salt content, such as sweat and body fat; this results in considerable savings in use as frequent additions of product are not necessary during treatments or tests, even if prolonged. The electroconductive gel is available in a practical food-grade polyethylene bottle, completely latex-free;
