Indications

Ekeep K1 Posture is a patented B.A.C.K (Back Active Correction Keeper) device for regulating the retropulsive tension of the shoulders and extension of the dorsal tract, consisting of:

• Strap system anchored in four points (shoulder and trunk);
• Adjustable tension straps with front Velcro closures.

Subscapular buckles that tilt according to the orientation of the adjustable straps.
Sleeveless jersey body, in supportive, elastic, breathable, comfortable and wash & wear (crease-resistant) fabric.
Zip closure for easy donning and with a structural reinforcement function.
Non-slip silicone edging.
Velour inserts for anchoring the adjustable straps.
Anatomically shaped velour inserts to concentrate the retropulsive thrust forces.

• Postural correction and stabilization;
• Painful postural syndrome;
• Curved back or hyperkyphosis;
• Juvenile kyphosis;
• Non-neurological scapulothoracic dyskinesia.

Size 00. Chest circumference 74-80 cm, waist circumference 60-70 cm.

Textile composition

Body: 75% polyamide, 25% elastane.
Bands: 59% polyurethane, 30% polyamide, 11% elastane.

How to use Instructions for use

Wear the back brace like a normal zip-up shirt, in direct contact with the skin and well stretched under the buttocks.
Use the special hook to facilitate closing the zip.
Tighten the adjustable straps until the desired retropulsion and extension effect is achieved.
Fix the ends of the straps in correspondence with the velour areas at the front.
To remove the back brace, detach the straps from the front velour. Unfasten the zip and remove the back brace.
To obtain the best results, we recommend using the back brace gradually, as illustrated below:
Day 1: 1 hour
Day 2: 2 hours
Day 3: 4 hours
Day 4: 6 hours
Day 5: 1 hour
day: 8 hours

Contraindications

Spine pathologies requiring the use of fixed corrective devices.
Patients suffering from claustrophobia, anxiety attacks, allergies to the textile components of the product.

Washing instructions

Hand wash in water at 30°C with neutral soap or detergent, rinse well, leave to dry flat. Do not iron.
