Directions for Use and Dosage

Disinfect the probe before use. To turn on, press the On/Off button next to the display. A short beep will sound, indicating that the thermometer is operational. At the same time, the thermometer performs a self-test during which all digital segments appear on the LCD display. During the reading, the current temperature is displayed continuously and the 'C' or 'F' symbol flashes. The measurement is complete when a constant temperature value is reached. As soon as the constant temperature value is reached, it will beep four times and the 'C' or 'F' symbol will stop flashing. The highest measured temperature will appear on the LCD display.

4. Do not bend or open the device (except the battery compartment).
5. Do not clean with thinners, gasoline, or benzene. Clean only with disinfectant.
6. Do not immerse the thermometer in liquids of any kind.
7. The thermometer contains small parts (battery, battery compartment) that can be swallowed by children. Therefore, do not leave the thermometer unattended.
8. Avoid bending the thermometer tip.
9. Persistent fever, especially in children, should be treated by consulting a doctor.
