Excipients

DOVEN 300mg tablets Lactose, wheat starch, sodium starch glycolate, magnesium stearate. DOVEN 450mg granules for oral solution Sodium saccharinate, Sorbitol powder, Orange flavour.

Therapeutic indications

Symptoms attributable to venous insufficiency; capillary fragility states.

Contraindications

Hypersensitivity to the components.

Dosage

DOVEN 300mg tablets The average suggested dosage is 1 tablet 3 times a day at regular intervals, to be taken during meals. In acute pathological conditions, the dosage can be increased up to 4 tablets a day for a period of 3-4 weeks. DOVEN 450mg granules for oral solution The average suggested dosage is 1 sachet 2 times a day.

Warnings and precautions

There are no special precautions for use.

Interactions

The drug can be used in combination with other medicinal products. It can be safely combined with other drugs, including anticoagulants.

Side effects

No significant side effects have been observed after taking DOVEN. Gastrointestinal disorders (gastralgia, nausea, diarrhea) and dizziness have rarely occurred, always mild and not requiring interruption of treatment.

Pregnancy and breastfeeding

The safety of the drug during pregnancy has not been established, therefore it is advisable not to administer the product during pregnancy.
