Indications

Dolout is a gel indicated for the local treatment of painful and inflammatory conditions of rheumatic or traumatic nature of the joints, muscles, tendons and ligaments.

Composition

Active ingredients

Every 100 g of gel contains: Diclofenac sodium 4 g

Excipients

Propylene glycol, isopropyl alcohol, ethyl alcohol, soy lecithin, sodium phosphate dihydrate, disodium phosphate dodecahydrate, disodium edetate, ascorbyl palmitate, mint essence, purified water.

Directions for use and Dosage

Three to four applications, depending on the size of the area to be treated, three times a day.

Warnings

As with all products containing NSAIDs for topical use, the possibility of systemic absorption cannot be ruled out. Therefore, particularly in patients with previous gastrointestinal diseases, the occurrence of systemic side effects such as nausea, dyspepsia, heartburn, excitement, altered taste, and conjunctivitis cannot be ruled out with DOLAUT. DOLAUT should not be applied to open sores or wounds but only to intact skin. Do not spray in the eyes or on mucous membranes. For external use. Keep out of reach of children.

Contraindications

Hypersensitivity to the components and closely related chemical substances. The product should not be used during pregnancy or breastfeeding.

Side effects

DOLAUT is generally well tolerated. In parallel with the use of topical diclofenac, itching, redness, and burning of the skin, skin rashes such as bullous or papular exanthema, skin vesicles, flaking, tingling, and involuntary muscle contractions have occasionally been observed.

If applied extensively and for a long period, the occurrence of systemic side effects such as nausea, dyspepsia, heartburn, excitement, altered taste, and conjunctivitis cannot be ruled out. In this case, consult your doctor.

Pregnancy and breastfeeding

The product should not be used during pregnancy or breastfeeding.
