Product Description

Rapid test for the detection of Helicobacter pylori in stool.

Characteristics

This is a rapid test for the qualitative detection of Helicobacter pylori antigens in human stool. For in vitro diagnostic self-testing only.

Directions for use

1. Collect the stool sample on stool collection paper or in clean collection containers. Use stool collection paper, avoiding contamination of the sample.
2. Unscrew the cap of the sample collection tube, randomly insert the sample collection applicator into the stool sample in at least 3 different spots.
3. Screw and tighten the cap of the sample collection tube, shake the sample collection tube vigorously to mix the sample and extraction buffer for 2 minutes.
4. Remove the test card from the foil pouch and use it as soon as possible.
5. Open the cap of the sample collection tube and break the tip.
6. Invert the sample collection tube and transfer 2 full drops of the extracted sample into the sample well of the test card, then start the timer.
7. Read the results at 10 minutes. Do not read results after 20 minutes.
