Tips for use

1. Relax before measuring, sit quietly for a moment;
2. Turn your palms upwards, place the cuff parallel to your heart;
3. Keep the suction tube and arteries parallel;
4. Wrap the cuff around your arm in the opposite direction, attaching the two ends together;
5. To close the cuff correctly, try inserting a finger;
6. Continue to keep the cuff parallel to your heart;
7. Press the on/off button, relax and start the measurement;
8. The result is displayed instantly 40 seconds later.
