Supplement for seborrheic dermatitis and for the treatment of seborrheic and scaling skin conditions.
Diathynil Tablets are used as an adjuvant in skin conditions characterized by sebum and scaling. In particular, the tablets are indicated:
Active ingredient: D(+) biotin.
Excipients: lactose, corn starch, talc, stearic acid, magnesium stearate.
Diathynil Tablets for dermatitis Seborrheic scalp and alopecia should not be used in the treatment of attacks, when it is necessary to intervene with Diathynil vials, but in maintenance therapy, a phase in which it is necessary to take three Diathynil tablets per day, for two months.
In the treatment of other conditions, the dosage of Diathynil is 2-4 tablets in adults and 1-2 tablets in children. In infants, use is facilitated by the solubility of the tablets in the bottle.
Known individual hypersensitivity to D(+) biotin.
During therapy, it is recommended to exclude raw egg white from the diet, which contains a protein called avidin that combines with D(+) biotin, inactivating it. Keep the medicine out of the reach of children.
The medicine can be used during pregnancy and breastfeeding.
