Indications

The Diasoft Lancets are sterile lancets for use with finger prickers.
The product is a CE Medical Device.

Directions for use and Dosage

• Clean the area to be incised with soap and water.
  Dry carefully.
• Insert the lancet into the device.
• Unscrew the protective cover.
• Incise the skin and apply the blood to the test strip according to the manufacturer's instructions.
• Discard the used lancet.

Warnings

Never share a lancet with others.
Do not use the lancet if the previously removed protective cap is present.
Do not Reuse the lancet.
Do not store the lancet in the lancing device.
Discard the used lancet in an appropriate container.

Storage

Store in a dry, well-ventilated place.
Do not mix with virulent, harmful, or corrosive materials.
