Features

Medical gel device, designed to protect and prevent the onset of infections through a barrier effect that creates the conditions for faster healing of skin lesions. It is composed of substances naturally present in the body (hyaluronic acid and hydrogen peroxide) capable of creating a microenvironment unfavorable to contamination by microorganisms, which aids the healing process. It is particularly indicated in cases of: superficial traumatic wounds such as cuts, abrasions, small fissures and the treatment of post-surgical scars.

Directions for use

Wash your hands thoroughly before use. Clean the skin thoroughly with a suitable cleansing solution or sterile saline solution before applying the product. Spread a small amount of product evenly over the affected area. Can be used as a topical treatment. It can be used alone or with suitable secondary dressings, such as gauze, bandages, plasters, or non-adherent dressings, to keep it in place. If necessary, repeat the application several times a day. It can also be used for repeated applications beyond 30 days. If the device is applied to the patient by others, it is recommended that they use disposable gloves.

Warnings

It is usually well tolerated. However, slight redness accompanied by a slight burning sensation may occur for a short time after application of the product. In the presence of purulent wounds, it is advisable to consult a doctor as it may be necessary to combine local or systemic antibiotic therapies. Report any adverse effects to your doctor or pharmacist. Do not use in case of hypersensitivity to any of the components. Avoid contact with eyes. In case of contact with eyes, rinse immediately with plenty of cold water. Keep out of reach of children. After use, carefully close the cap. Do not use if the tube is damaged. If the device is applied by others, they are advised to use disposable gloves. Do not use the product after the expiration date indicated on the carton and tube.
