Product Description

Medical device with decongestant action indicated for cleaning the nasal passages in the presence of sinusitis, colds and rhinitis.

Indications

The Decongestant Nasal Spray by Care For You is a medical device indicated for deep cleaning of the nasal passages. It is indicated as a first-line treatment in the presence of sinusitis and inflammatory processes such as colds of various origins and rhinitis. It is a hypertonic solution (2.2%) of sea water enriched with plant extracts and essential oils from organically grown plants and acts locally by sanitizing the nasal passages, helping to reduce congestion, inflammation and the incidence of infections. It does not contain propellant gas.

Composition

Maris Aqua, Ribes Nigrum Extract (0.5%), Aloe Barbadensis Extract, Citrus Medica Limonum Oil*, Pinus Pumilio Oil, Melaleuca Alternifolia Oil (Tea Tree)*. *Bio.

Active components

• Sea water: sanitizing and emollient action;
• Aloe vera: protective and hydrating action;
• Blackcurrant: soothing action

Directions for use and Dosage

1-2 sprays per nostril up to 4 times a day.

Blow your nose before spraying. Spray the solution into each nostril with quick, forceful breaths, inhaling deeply and keeping your head upright. After spraying, inhale deeply with your mouth closed, pressing lightly with your index finger on the other nostril to ensure the solution is distributed over the entire nasal mucosa. After use, rinse the nozzle with warm water and dry it with a paper towel.

Warnings

Use at room temperature (20°C - 25°C). Do not expose the bottle to heat sources. Do not use on children under 12 years of age. Keep out of reach of children. Avoid contact with eyes. Do not use in case of known hypersensitivity to the components. Do not use in case of hypersensitivity to molluscs and/or crustaceans. Do not ingest. Do not use in ways or for purposes other than those specifically indicated by the manufacturer in these instructions for use. The bottle is for strictly personal use: it could be a vehicle for infection. Currently, there are no known contraindications to the use of the components contained in Care For You Nasal Decongestant Spray during pregnancy or breastfeeding. In case of adverse reactions, discontinue treatment.

Tolerability

The absence of vasoconstrictors and the natural action of plant extracts and essential oils – of biological origin – make Care For You® Nasal Decongestant Spray a well-tolerated product, whose frequent use (not exceeding 15 days) does not lead to habituation or the risk of “medicinal rhinitis.”

Side effects

Currently, there are no known side effects. In rare cases, in which there is hypersensitivity to the components, a localized allergic reaction may occur. It may cause slight itching inside the nostril in the first moments after use. There are currently no known contraindications to the use of the components contained in Care For You Nasal Decongestant Spray during pregnancy or breastfeeding. In these cases, consult your doctor before using the product. If you experience any side effects other than those listed, please contact the manufacturer immediately and consult your doctor.
