Features

Corneial Spray® is a medical device based on liposomes containing trehalose, jojoba oil, and terpinen-4-ol (an active component of natural oils such as tea tree oil). It is indicated for irritation of the eyelid area, often associated with dry eyes, but also with blepharitis and other common eye conditions. The particular formulation of Corneial Spray® is able to restore the lipid component of the eyelid epidermis and maintain proper hydration. Restoring the hydrolipidic balance helps resolve the symptoms of burning and itching of the eyelids and therefore reduces the swelling and edema resulting from constant rubbing of the irritated eyelid.

Composition

Liposomes containing trehalose, jojoba oil, sodium hydroxymethylglycinate, disodium EDTA, sodium chloride, polysorbate, terpinen-4-ol, pH correctors, water.

Directions for use

Shake and remove the protective cap. Spray on closed eyelids from a distance of 10-15 cm, spraying from a frontal-lateral position. Apply 1-2 sprays to each eyelid, at least 2-3 times a day, especially in the evening. After use, replace the protective cap. It is not recommended to use the spray on make-up.

Storage

Store in a cool place away from heat sources. After first opening, be sure to replace the protective cap.

Warnings

Do not use inside the eye. In case of accidental direct contact with the eye, the product may cause a slight burning sensation that resolves spontaneously; if persistent, rinse thoroughly with water. Do not use in case of known hypersensitivity to the components. Keep out of the reach and sight of children. Product for external use only. Do not use on broken skin. Do not use the product after the expiration date. Do not use if the packaging is damaged.
