Indications

Fomenta marina is a mineral gel for the treatment of joint and muscle problems.

Directions for use and Dosage

Spread the Mineral Mud onto the area to be treated in a 2 mm layer, using the appropriate wooden spatula. Cover with cling film and leave on for at least 60 minutes, preferably overnight. Then remove the bandage and any excess product. Wash with water only and dry. Massage the affected area with the specific mineral gel until completely absorbed.

Warnings

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age. Food supplements should not be considered a substitute for a varied diet and a healthy lifestyle.
