Indications

Connettivina Plus gauzes are perfect for the topical treatment of wounds, sores, burns, and varicose ulcers. Their protective and healing action is given by the fact that each gauze is soaked in 4 grams of cream containing the active ingredients Hyaluronic Acid, Sodium Salt, and Silver Sulfadiazine.
The product is indicated for the treatment of skin irritations and lesions.
In particular, it is intended to cover acute and chronic wounds (abrasions, tissue harvesting sites, post-operative incisions, first- and second-degree burns, vascular and metabolic ulcers, and bedsores) and to provide a moist environment, thus protecting the skin. from abrasions, friction and drying.

Composition

Main component: hyaluronic acid sodium salt 0.2%.
Other components: polyethylene glycol 400 monostearate, oleic acid decyl ester, emulsifying wax, glycerol, 70% sorbitol solution, sodium dehydroacetate, methyl p-hydroxybenzoate, propyl p-hydroxybenzoate, fragrance, purified water.

Directions for use

Wounds and ulcers must be cleaned and disinfected before treatment.
Apply a thin layer of cream to the wound surface two or more times a day.
The treated area should be covered with sterile gauze or a sterile bandage.

Warnings

Do not administer to patients with a confirmed individual hypersensitivity to the product components.
Do not use the package if damaged.
Do not use the product after the expiry date shown on the package.
The expiry date refers to the product stored in its original packaging at temperatures below 30°C.
Discard 12 months after first opening.
Avoid direct contact of the container with the wound.
Each tube of product should be used by only one patient to reduce the risk of cross-infection.
Keep out of reach of children.
Do not use in conjunction with disinfectants containing quaternary ammonium salts, because hyaluronic acid may precipitate in their presence.
Concomitant topical treatment of wounds with antibiotics or other local agents has never given rise to interactions or incompatibilities with the product.
