Comprilan is a short-stretch compression bandage (90%) made of 100% cotton. It is well tolerated by the skin because it is breathable, and is very durable thanks to its special weave that maintains its characteristics over time. It resists sweat, grease, and ointments, can be washed at moderate temperatures, and does not fray. It is widely used in phlebological and lymphatic compression bandages to improve the hemodynamics of the venous system or to eliminate static pressure. The bandage provides low pressure at rest and very high pressure during activity.
