Colinox Drops is an emulsion with simethicone, Fos, and Gos, indicated for flatulence, aerophagia, and gas colic in infants, children, and adults, and for dyspeptic disorders and irritable bowel syndrome.

Indications

Colinox Drops is a dense emulsion based on simethicone, Fos (fructo-oligosaccharides), and Gos (galacto-oligosaccharides), formulated to help reduce the surface tension of gas bubbles present in the digestive tract. a medical device indicated in the treatment of meteorism, aerophagia and gas colic in infants, children and adults, even in the presence of alterations of the intestinal bacterial flora. Colinox Drops is also indicated in dyspeptic disorders, in cases where a reduction in gastric emptying times is required and in the treatment of irritable bowel syndrome. The presence of simethicone contributes to the anti-foaming action on gas bubbles present in the gastrointestinal tract, while Fos and Gos complete the formulation.

Directions for use and Dosage

Shake the bottle vigorously before use. To facilitate proper dispensing of drops, apply light pressure to the bottle.

• Adults and children: take 20 drops, possibly diluted in liquid, 2-4 times a day, preferably after meals, or as directed by your doctor.
• Infant children: take 10 drops, possibly diluted in liquid, 2-4 times a day, preferably after meals, or as directed by your doctor.

The drops can be diluted in liquid if necessary.

Interactions

It is advisable to leave an interval of at least one hour between taking Colinox Drops and any other medications.
