The pads can be used cold or hot and are a solution for those who prefer a natural, drug-free therapy. The products are suitable for storage in the freezer or refrigerator, and can be reheated in hot water or in the microwave.

• Cold therapy is recommended for sprains, e.g. of the ankle, muscle strains in the legs and arms after sports, swelling from bruising, e.g. of the knee, pulled ligaments;
• Heat therapy is recommended for repetitive strain injuries, e.g. tennis, electronic games, knee or general muscle stiffness, arthritis of the wrist as adjunctive therapy for rheumatoid arthritis (without acute inflammation)

Directions for use and Dosage

Use your hands to distribute the heat evenly. Always place the gel pad in the provided cover or in a clean towel when applying it to the skin. The protective cover of the gel pad can be used to protect the skin. It can be applied quickly and conveniently, ensuring greater safety for the skin. The high-performance Thinsulate cover helps maintain the pack's constant temperature for longer. The gel pack is divided into 3 separate chambers for greater flexibility in application to different body parts, especially when wrapped around the arm or leg. The adjustable elastic strap provides a stable and secure hold.

Warnings

For external use only. Do not use the film directly on the skin. Use the cover provided or wrap it in a clean cloth. Do not sit or lean on the gel pad, and do not apply excessive pressure, as the pad may break and/or leak. Do not use while sleeping. Do not use on broken or sensitive skin. People with known or suspected nerve problems or circulation problems should not use this product unless prescribed by a doctor. Care should be taken to avoid frostbite and superficial nerve injuries. Heat may be sufficiently analgesic to cause local burns.
