Features

Cicagel is indicated for the prevention and treatment of scars. Useful for the treatment of keloids, acne scars, burns and abrasions, hypertrophic scars, traumatic wounds, and surgical scars. TRF, Tissue Respiratory Factor, is a bioactive compound for the skin designed to assist the reorganization of connective tissue following an injury. It promotes oxygen absorption at the skin level, increasing it by up to 750%, promoting the regularity of scar tissue. The presence of Escin allows for an anti-edema action thanks to the ability to increase capillary resistance and decrease permeability. It therefore intervenes on local electrolyte exchange, counteracting the formation of edema. Dimethicone forms a thin protective film on the scar that can have a positive effect on the water balance of the scar tissue.

How to use

Apply to a healed wound twice a day for approximately 45 days. Let air dry for two minutes.
