Chetosil Repair is a spray that, thanks to its ingredients, creates a protective barrier and absorbs any exudate, preventing maceration of lesions and the formation of potential infections. The product can be used for diabetic foot, athlete's foot, pressure ulcers, and small cuts.
The barrier function is achieved by combining kaolin and starch with hyaluronic acid. Kaolin (or white clay) and starch are able to absorb the aqueous fraction present in wounds with exudate; the finely dispersed hyaluronic acid promotes wound healing, thanks to its high film-forming and hydrating properties. Furthermore, the MicroSilver BG silver incorporated into the structure guarantees the stability of the product's film-forming properties.
The product has a dual action:
Kaolin, aluminum starch octenylsuccinate, sodium hyaluronate, silver, butane, disiloxane, isobutane, propane.
Before use, clean the skin well and dry it thoroughly. Apply a thin layer of powder only to the affected area. Do not massage. Repeat twice daily.
Contraindicated for people with known hypersensitivity to the components. Overdose is not known. No interactions with drugs or medicinal substances are known.
After application, do not massage the affected area; the powder must form a continuous, protective layer. Avoid contact with eyes. In case of contact, rinse immediately with water. Avoid prolonged use. For external use only. Do not ingest. Do not use if the package is open or damaged. Do not sterilize. Close the package carefully after use. Do not use after the expiration date. Discontinue use if abnormal skin reactions occur. In case of prolonged use, consult a doctor. Application does not require specialized personnel.
Highly flammable aerosol. Pressurized container: may explode if heated. Keep away from heat, hot surfaces, sparks, open flames, or other sources of ignition. Do not smoke. Do not spray on an open flame or other ignition source. Do not pierce or burn, even after use. Protect from sunlight. Do not expose to temperatures exceeding 50°C/122°F. Keep out of reach of children. Do not use for purposes other than intended. The expiry date applies to the intact and properly stored product.
