Celmast Nasal Spray is a medical device indicated for the treatment of allergic and non-allergic vasomotor rhinitis and rhinosinusitis, and to promote tissue repair of the respiratory mucosa.
Nasal spray indicated for cell-mediated non-allergic vasomotor rhinitis and rhinosinusitis (Narne, Nares, Narma, and Naresma), mild to moderate allergic vasomotor rhinitis and rhinosinusitis (IGE-mediated), as well as for patients undergoing FESS (Functional Endoscopic Sinus Surgery) surgery, to create a protective effect on the respiratory mucosa and promote anatomical and functional tissue repair.
Useful in the treatment of the vasomotor rhinitis and rhinosinusitis listed above when watery rhinorrhea is present associated with one or more of the following symptoms:
Celmast protects the respiratory mucosa through the barrier effect provided by high and low molecular weight hyaluronic acid, promoting tissue repair. It also protects mast cells by reducing their reactivity. sensitized and decreases the production and migration of eosinophils and neutrophils responsible for inflammation, mucosal damage, and the onset of the symptoms described above.
Functional ingredients: 0.3% sodium hyaluronate 350-1,150 kDa (hyaluronic acid sodium salt), palmitoylethanolamide.
Excipients: purified water (FU), ethyl alcohol, mint flavoring, eucalyptol, methyl parahydroxybenzoate, propyl parahydroxybenzoate, polysorbate 80, sodium chloride, monosodium sodium phosphate dihydrate (or citric acid monohydrate), disodium sodium phosphate dodecahydrate (or sodium citrate dihydrate).
For adults (>12 years)
Nasal spray: 2 sprays per nostril twice daily. Minimum duration: at least 10 days; treatment can be extended up to 20 days per month for three consecutive months.
For nasal spray (children and adults)
Note: Do not exhale or blow your nose immediately after application to avoid dispersing the product (wait 10-15 minutes). Use in children must be supervised or assisted by an adult.
Perform all administration operations gently, avoiding inserting the nozzle tip too deeply into the nostrils and maintaining an upright position during use.
Do not use the product for more than 1 hour. 20 consecutive days per month.
If persistent or severe side effects occur, discontinue use and consult your doctor or pharmacist.
For children, use must be carried out under adult supervision.
All operations must be performed delicately: avoid inserting the dispenser too deeply into the nostrils and maintain an upright position during application.
The aerosol therapy solution must be administered exclusively through a micronized nasal douche. Do not use nebulizers with masks or specific mouthpieces to treat the lower respiratory tract. Do not use the product after the expiration date. Celmast solution is not sterile and is not for injection. Keep the product out of the reach and sight of children. Do not use the product if the bottle is not intact and tightly sealed.
Hypersensitivity (allergy) to any of the product's components.
Use in subjects with untreated viral or bacterial upper respiratory tract infections.
Use in children under the indicated age or in the presence of conditions that require specific medical evaluation.

Overdosing the product increases the risk of serious complications. The side effects described may occur.
